Dr. Scott Bond
Dr. Scott Bond is the Founder and Lead Missionary Professor at Atlas Bible College. He and his wife of 3 decades, Deanna, enjoy spending time with their grandchildren, sharing the wisdom of the Persecuted Church, and ministering throughout the Inland Northwest.
Education:
Experience: Through his service as a Bible college professor, and former senior pastor, Scott has 25+ years of ministry experience. He has served as a missionary to places where the Gospel is restricted, and Bibles are confiscated and as an ongoing voice for the Persecuted Church. Favorite Teaching Moment: “I love when a student is struggling to understand a concept and we agree to press in until they get it. That special moment when I can see in their eyes that they get it is so powerful. I live for those sacred occasions.”

- Doctor of Ministry (Spiritual Formation & Leadership)
- Master of Divinity (Missions/Theology)
- Master of Arts (Religion)
- Bachelor of Arts (Emphasis in Pastoral Ministry)
- Defense Language Institute (Czech Language)

Philosophy of Education:
Christian higher education demands of the professor an ability to balance Christian charity with the structure and rigor necessary to provide the student with the tools they will need in order to succeed in life and in ministry. Christian educators must lead lives that are morally upright, rooted in God's Word, dependent upon the Holy Spirit, and focused on Jesus Christ. It is the Christian educator’s privilege to leave his students with a lasting legacy of biblical literacy, integrity, honor, and faith. Educating is more than simply conveying information or testing a student’s proficiency at memorizing facts. True education occurs when students receive information in a way that challenges them, deepens their understanding, and amplifies their ability for practical application. Teaching is not merely something that one does. It is a high calling and grand privilege that demands an individual’s constant innovation, earnest efforts and vigilant prayer.
