The Atlas Philosophy of Education:
Christian higher education requires professors to balance Christian charity with the structured rigor essential for equipping students for success in life and ministry. Educators must exemplify moral integrity, grounded in God's Word, led by the Holy Spirit, and centered on Jesus Christ. It is not just a duty, but a profound privilege as Christian educators to impart a lasting legacy of biblical literacy, integrity, honor, and faith to our students. True education goes beyond imparting information or testing memorization. It challenges students, deepens understanding, and enhances practical application. Teaching is not merely a profession; it is a sacred calling that demands constant innovation, earnest effort, and diligent prayer.
