Academics
Fill out the application in its entirety, then send it in right away. We are excited for our 2020-2021 school year.
What can I expect to learn?
Our students will enjoy a thorough survey of both the Old and New Testaments while receiving college level training in theology, Bible interpretation, preaching, and ethics. Rounding out our one school year curriculum will be a student specific emphasis on spiritual growth, emotional health, and Kingdom purpose.
When are classes?
Our classes begin after Labor Day and consist of three components: a weekly 2 to 3 hour class, online classwork, and an all day intensive held on 6 Saturdays spaced throughout the school year. In addition, students are required to serve in their local church and be accountable to pastor or elder in their church.
Which subjects will be taught?
These are the classes that will be taught over the course of the school year. Each subject will be taught by an academically qualified professor.
- Bible: Old Testament Survey, New Testament Survey, Hermeneutics 1
- Communication: Homiletics 1 (Preaching)
- Evangelism: Evangelism 1 (Living the Great Commission)
- Pastoral Ethics and Discipleship: Pastoral Ethics, Discipleship, Christian Worldview
- Theology: Theology, Christology, Pneumatology, Soteriology & Anthropology
How Much Does it Cost?
We like to say that Atlas Bible College is tuition FREE, but that does not mean it is cheap or easy. You will work hard, make personal sacrifices, and commit about 15 hours per week to successfully complete our program. To date, 4 out of 5 students have been able to complete Atlas Bible College successfully.
Our vision is to provide an education for the whole person in a way that is effective, accessible, and affordable. Debt limits one’s ability to pursue full-time ministry. We want our graduates to be free to say yes to whatever God asks of them. We only ask that students share our ministry with others and invite them to prayerfully and/or financially support our missionary professors.
