Who We Are
We are a tuition-free, non-denominational Bible school offering a 9 month certificate of Ministry and Biblical Studies. Our goal is to provide an academically rigorous, spiritually transformative educational experience to those who do not have the resources or opportunity to attend a traditional Bible college.
Vision
We envision a world where all followers of Jesus have the knowledge, tools, and transformational experiences to rightly divide the Word of God, to accurately view the world around them through the lens of Scripture, to love God, love others and bless those around them by living a life overflowing with the Fruit of the Spirit.
Statement of Faith
These doctrines reside in the heart of historical Christian orthodoxy. They are fixed teachings that define us as Christians. Adherence to these doctrines is a necessary prerequisite to becoming a student at Atlas Bible College.
- There is one true and living God who exists eternally in three persons: God the Father, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit.
- The Bible is the inerrant Word of God. It is the sole and final authority on all matters of faith and practice.
- God created all things for His glory.
- All human beings are created in the image of God.
- Salvation is a free gift from God, acquired by grace alone through faith alone in Jesus Christ alone.
- The Holy Spirit teaches His children and produces good fruit in their lives.
- There will be a visible, bodily return of Jesus and a day of God's judgment.
- The church consists of all who have trusted the Lord Jesus Christ for their eternal salvation.

"In necessariis unitas, in dubiis libertas, in omnibus caritas." - Rupertus Meldenius
The lack of greater detail in our statement of faith is intentional. Atlas Bible College does not hold official doctrinal stances on non-essential issues. Examples of such issues include the finer details of eschatology, the role of women in ministry, and the nature and purpose of spiritual gifts today. We are truly non-denominational. We welcome any student who agrees with the essential doctrines of the historic Christian faith.
- Our commitment to our students, their pastors, and their sending churches is that we will address theological issues with a focus on the core aspects of doctrine that are considered orthodox belief. On the issues that divide, our approach will be to give an unbiased overview of the various doctrinal points of view while encouraging our students to learn where their churches and denominations stand on such issues.
Values
- UNITY: Unity amongst believers was very important to Jesus. In fact, He said that the world would recognize us as Christians by our unity (John 17:21-22). In order to promote and protect unity, we seek to discover how we can agree rather than disagree. We will teach our students how they can apply scriptural truths in a way that glorifies God and shows love for their brothers and sisters. We refuse to create division over secondary doctrines or personal preferences.
- BIBLICAL WORLDVIEW: What an individual deems to be true is the guiding force behind their feelings, decisions, actions, and reactions. One's truth, then, becomes the source of their beliefs on everything from science and philosophy to music and movies. We will help our students develop a Biblical worldview by teaching them to see the world through the lens of Scripture.
- CHRISTIAN CHARACTER: Character is revealed by one's private thoughts and actions. These private moments are the ones that can make or break our Christian ministry and witness. We place a high priority on creating a grace filled environment where students may bring their struggles out of the darkness and into the light, so that we may help them correct their mistakes and grow in spiritual maturity.
Community Covenant
- The Atlas Bible College Community Covenant - In Christian love, and in accordance with the authority of Scripture, we will commit to treat one another with kindness and respect. We will love God with all that we have, and love others in the way that we would want to be loved. We will look for and encourage the best in each other, as well as provide a safe place for our fellow students to grow in their faith and recover from their failings.
